At AOG Aviation Spares LLC our goal is to continually refine our processes to maintain focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery. We implement various tools and strategies to achieve this including the following:

Kaizen

Kaizen is the Japanese for “improvement”, or “change for the better” refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing, engineering, game development, and business management.”

The 5 "S"

“Workplace organization methodology that uses a list of five Japanese words which are seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu shitsuke. Transliterated or translated into English, they all start with the letter “S”. The list describes how to organize a work space for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order.”

Muda

“Eliminating Waste or Muda means waste, where waste is any activity that does not add value. Reducing or eliminating muda is, of course, one of the fundamental objectives of any quality-oriented corporation.”

PDCA

PDCA or Plan–Do–Check–Act is an iterative four-step management process typically used in business.

In order to maintain and improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery, AOG Aviation Spares LLC uses the above tools. This practice allows us to continually improve customer satisfaction, delivery high quality components at a reduced cost at an accelerated rate.
